Apostle/Overseer Kathleen (Oats) Dames

Apostle Kathleen O. Dames is the Overseer of Victorious Life International, Inc. (Apostle Tanaka Gates).  This awesome Woman of God is a pioneer, and has paved the way in Ministry for women and men alike by preaching, evangelizing and prophetically speaking into the lives of the people.  She has traveled the land to take the Word of God near and far; and shared her wisdom to the masses.  She was the Sr. Pastor and founder of Deliverance Gospel Temple Worship Center, Inc., in Gainesville, FL; where she served as Pastor for 37 years.  Over the years she has established several churches that are still in operation today.  This servant of God is known for her love for the Lord, the Word and the people of God. She opened her doors to give MANY ministers their FIRST opportunity to Preach the Word of God and some their first Revival! 

As a humble servant of God, she was ordained as an Evangelist in 1965, and began preaching and teaching the word of God.  In 1967 she became a full-time Evangelist and began to travel throughout the US & the Bahamas, declaring the works of the Lord and spreading the Good News.  By faith, Apostle Dames founded her first Church in 1970 in Chula, GA. She is a truly anointed woman of God that is full of wisdom, and operates in the five-fold ministry.  Apostle Dames was on the Radio in Gainesville for over 25 years and changed the lives of many that heard her voice through the airwaves.  Testimonies of healing and deliverance have come from hearing this anointed voice, praying and prophesying on the Radio. 

She has served the Lord, the people of God, her family and friends diligently and with the Heart of a Servant.  She is the mother of 6 children and the wife of Bro. Timothy Wright (deceased); and the spiritual Mother to countless souls.
