David Wayne Gant was preceded in death by his parents Joseph F. Nelson and Ruby Lee Gant; a special aunt Martha Mae Harterson; his brother Papa Gant. David leaves to cherish his memories wife Jeannette Gant (Williams), Hawthorne, daughter Uneka Jones (Senacus Sr.)Hawthorne, son David Wayne Gant Jr. Starke, grandchildren twins Simion and Omarion Gant, Senacus Jones Jr. He is survived by sister Rondricka Nelson and brother James Kellum. He has 3 uncles and 2 aunt's living in Wildwood, Coleman, Wildwood and Starke, Florida. Sisters and brothers-in-law Leola Hutchinson, Hawthorne, Emma Brooks ( Willie Sr.) Grove Park, Annette Beard (Minister Jackie Beard) Sparr, Tommy Williams, (Georgia) Willie Williams (Diane) Hawthorne, John Jenkins (Liz) Archer, Special cousin, Ridell Harterson “Pig” Coleman, host of nieces and nephews, special friends: James Williams, Randy, Reggie, John Lewis, James Jones, Eddie Darby, Ruben.
The family has requested that everyone wear properly fitted facial covering and please also bring a lawn chair for the graveside ceremony on Saturday.
