Jim instilled in his children the values of hard work, perseverance, and the importance of cherishing every moment with loved ones.
Beyond his professional and family life, Jim had an incredible passion for sports, particularly softball/baseball and the Reddick Rookies. He spent countless hours as a dedicated softball coach, not only teaching the game but also imparting life lessons to athletes. His coaching went far beyond the field, shaping the character and confidence of countless players who looked up to him as a mentor and friend.
